Yes, the problem is the Mystic telnet doesn't enable binary mode.  When you use 
RAW for Zmodem you are getting around the issue since it is native text at that 
point.

Anything binary in nature will not work from a telnet from the Mystic shuttle 
unless changes are made to enable binary mode.
