Sean,
Thanks for pointing me towards SIO 1.60.  I had been trying to find it using
google and was not having any luck.  Tried DuckDuckGo and found it right away. 
Got it installed and now have my DOS BBS back answer telnet calls on Port 26! 
Seems to work just as well as SIO2k so far otherwise, so that is good.
