Hello All.

I cannot get the doors to compile under Free Pascal on any OS.  I may be stuck 
with DOS, OS/2, and Win32 doors.  However, the Win32 doors are acting weird. 
They run just fine locally but if you try to get the command line help, the 
window just flashes.  I'm not sure what's going on but this weekend I will get 
out the DOS and Win32 exes for testing.

I will be putting the source code up on my Github repo soon so if someone else 
wants to try to compile them, they can.
