Something super simple you also *could* do is use Mystic to toss messages into JAM bases, you could even use Mystic to do the bink transfers as well. Don't have to use the BBS side of Mystic at all. I've had a point setup in under 10 minutes (from download to poll) before when testing things. Jay ....
