Ok, QWK isn't quite working.  There seems to be an incompatibility issue with
pkzip 2.50 and whatever version of infozip mike powell is using.  I can't
change what the utility uses, but I might be able to use a different version
once he sends a packet to me in email and I can unzip it.  Or, I could write
a script to pkunzip it then infozip it before it gets sent out.
