Ok, no wonder that should have worked, there was nothing wrong with it.  I
had to move the apache server over to the elebbs VM and it's working great!
I need to improve the looks, but https://shsbbs.net/login.htm will load my
EleWEB.  I had some directory conflicting errors, with paths and drives being
different on each machine...  This was the easiest way to fix it.
