No, I have been having some issues connecting with fsx since yesterday
morning.  Traffic has been sporadic.

Yes, I can send a copy.  I kept a copy before starting it over.

Yes, it is a Pi 2. uname reports 4.1.17-v7+ on armv71.

I was pulling mail for that machine from my Magicka system.  I switched
over to pulling from my Synchronet system, 21:1/175, to see if that would
help.  Don't know if it is related but so far the issue is minimal.  Once I
run squish out my locally posted replies show up in the message base.
