Yes it would work fine. I was refering to running RG in Win10 64bit and running external programs from RG calling DOSBox to run 8/16bit programs like most doors from times gone by (Sunrise Doors, OOII, etc). 
Just was wondering if RG may have some issues calling DOSBox.
