It's a TP Unit that has all the hard work done for you of opening and closing 
file records.  So instead of having to assign, rest, rewrite, write, etc a 
file inorder to work onit, there are simple procedure names like 
"OpenRenegadeDat" and "ReadRenegadeDat", "CloseRenegadeDat" .... and all the 
boring tedious work is all done for you.

I updated it to the current structres to work with 1.33/DOS instead of 
7-17-1993 <G>
