    I got bored while on vaction and took to updating some old utils.


RGRED - Renegade Remove Empty Descriptions - This program will replace any 
single line blank descriptions in your filebases to whatever you enter on the 
command line up to 50 characters, or if none is entered, a default "no 
description for this file" will be placed.

RGAPI 2.0 - Renegade Programmers API -- Updated from MatrixSoft's 1994 API 
file to the most current structures and a few added procedures.
