PKZIP/UNZIP in your path set in the system config.   If something was zipped 
with a newer version of PKZIP it causes issue as well.   PKZIP 2.5 is the most
current DOS pkzip.

Check the docs on that one, I haven't set that kinda stuff up since I was an 
alpha and found no use for it really.   As far as I remember, we never changed
the code on this, so it should be the same as far back as 1998.
