Okay, another question in thie area. When a new user signs up, the 'send email
to sysop' doesn't appear to be working. It appears it's triggered by a menu 
command that's no longer working (looking at the notes in NEWUSER.PAS). 

I can't rule out I've done something wrong of course, but that seems to be the
source.

Is there another way to force a new user email to the sysop? Maybe use the
"ME" menu command instead...  I may have just answered my own question, LOL.

Thanks for all the help here, I hope this is the right area for these kinds of
