32-bit Windows, from XP to 10.

You can run Renegade on DOS emulators for 64-bit Windows and Linux but you may
find that DOS doors and file transfer protocols may not run correctly or run 
poorly. Renegade was designed for 16-bit MS-DOS so it needs a 32-bit OS.

Better off slapping together an old PC or spin up a virtual-machine on Vmware,
Oracle Virtualbox or Qemu running XP dedicated to just running your BBS.
