i would move out of any area that had brownouts or blackouts.  we just
shouldn't have to deal with that in today's age. i've had power go out here a 
few times and i hate it.  i miss living in an industrial area.  that
powergrid was solid.

where i live now there's too many trees knocking down wires and too many
crackheads running into poles.

.... I don't do Windows. But OS/2 does. Very well.
