yeah it was that one time last year where their wood building burnt to the
ground.

one time something happened to my actual computer and they replaced it in 30
mins, which was nice.  they're a good, cheap company.

i hope they fixed their backup protocols, though. with the burnt down
building they had no offsite backups.

i backup to home all the time so i don't care either way.

out of all the hosts i've used, big and small, ovh is the best provider.
