Well after thats sorted I have a request for DB. Need a mode reset escape 
sequence right at the start of The DB splash screen before hit esc twice and
all that.  Very low priority request but something I noticed could be useful
to others and would certainly useful in my situation.


Was able to export the config and throw one in and import it back since the 
menu system wouldn't let me enter the escape code. This way at least the hit
escape part shows up but everything before that is BLACK|BLACK due to some
crafty synchronet modifications.
