My current setup runs on 15 year old hardware with no problem (yet)... I think the power supplies/capacitors are the biggest problems. Drives being second. I won an auction for the exact Tandy 1000 I had in '89/'90... it is VERY tempting to move everything back to that old gal. L> Thankful we got that now, I would have been pretty stuck without help the L> other day. BBS stuff is still hard to "Google" but if you know how to use th L> search function you can find information from within some of the boards. Sometimes there are RG questions that pop-up in here from time to time. I don't mind answering those but when its repeated requests for hand-holding its a bit annoying. Its like people are spoiled by the Internet now and are so used to Googling how to tie their shoes. Whats annoying is someone doing something with RG, failing at it, then giving either an attitude because it doesn't work right on Linux or its a "bug"....
