Yep, I've seen that. I don't know how or why mystic's mailer gets stuck like that. It hasn't happened to my mystic's mailer for a long time.

I wouldn't. Those busy files serve a purpose. I would just shutdown mis and run "mis poll killbusy [all]" when needed, and then restart mis.
