I feel your pain!  Alabama Power is not much better.  Granted, I live off of 
one of the oldest power grids in the city, but Hurricane Ivan in 2004 wiped 
out a lot of the old crap 21 years ago...  It goes off here just long enough 
to reset my appliance clocks to midnight and screw up my servers.  I used to 
run them on UPSs, but the cost of batteries is just too much.

.... It's hard to RTFM when you can't find the FM..
