    So, the shitty electric company called, said there is a planned outage for
routine maintence.  (Like they couldn't do this when I had no power for 3 
frigging days a few weeks ago!).

    Anyways, no one is sure of the time, including the electric company.  The 
message stated 8pm tomorrow (21st) until NOON on the 22nd.

    So if you cannot connect during those times, that is the reason.  Ugh!
