Are you using OS/2, eCS, or Arca?   If it's OS/2 3, SIO 1.60 works fine.  (Or 
did, back in the day when I used it, of course I never loaded RG by itself, I 
always had FrontDoor running, so the RG WFC I never tested back then.  It was 
always FD getting the connect then transferring on to RG.   Perhaps set up FD 
and have it toss to the BBS and see if that corrects the issue.

ahhahaha I haven't been able to get a stable version of OS/2 to install in a 
VM, so I don't think I'd be much help on that anymore.

If you are using Arca, you need SIO2K I do know that, but not sure how stable 
it is, as I've never used it.   I transferred over from OS/2 Warp 3 Connect in
the late 90s to Windows XP.
