I remember back in the day they were very like... you had the main TBBS software, and then sysOps would have different modules [add-ons] that they bought. I remember them being very expensive and that TBBS was popular with the for-pay BBSes. When the internet first started popping up, I remember that TBBS had modules for email and some shell access stuff.
