HAHAHAHAHHAHAH .... I THINK I found a shitty work around .... Since NetFOSS 
spawns a cmd window for each node, at the end of my batch file before the 
window closes, I spawn out into another window and kill te task I was just in.


Since everything was closed, except for the FOSSIL comport shitshow, it SEEMS 
to work .... but for how long, who knows?!   But we'll see ....
