Usually skipping means you have a file with the same exact name in your 
download directory and it sees it, so skips it.  Check and see if you have 
that file on your drive and delete it if you do.  Then it SHOULD work.   
Perhaps something happened during the 2 second connection and the file got 
screwed?!?!
