i never experienced any bugs despite running it on several bbses at the same
time.

and i'm not so sure if that's the same guy collecting registrations.
i don't care enough to check on it.

yeah that cant happen.

internet rex is just fine.  and you cant really compare it with windows xp.
window xp is a real danger to have up as a server on the internet.
