Or being designed by designers, not by engineers. I finally got the durn Starlink up and running (it is literally 100x faster than my late, unlamented DSL) and immediately had that problem. Their router's ports are the suck. Perfectly good known-working network cable, wouldn't speak to it. I'm guessing their tolerances are off, as it's a common complaint.
