Checked shortly before 7 a.m.May 9th and the video was unavailable.  
....Elsewhere indicated the video was posted 19 hours ago (all that just
for time better timestamping of my comment.

I've not heard of Rust, but then I also haven't heard of a lot of stuff.
At this point I'll 'wait and see': I have seen a lot of problems with 
Ubuntu 24.04, both personally and in the forums.  Here I created a new 
Backend for MythTV and it is running 24.04 fine; updated a slightly 
older general/frontend system and it had major problems (possibly due to
an almost antique video card).  Here haven't tried anywhere else.

On-line/in forums seems to be lot of varying problems with 24.04; I 
haven't noted a pattern of hardware (IOW all 'Snizzle' CPUs with 
'Fizzle' video cards -- fake brand names) always causing a problem.
 
Back to Rust and the video, I'll try again in a few hours. If Ubuntu 
wants to go in a "bad direction" I'll switch to something else.  ...Sort
of wondering why the video is unavailable - wrong information?
