Disqus has been loading properly on Not Always Right since my comment of
it not loading -- must be a NAR: non-working item works when being
tested at the store for the return! <g>  LIS, I generally don't bother
reading their comments and mainly noticed because of the error message 
posted.

That is wrong -- along with the unauthorized use of user data (following
paragraph).  I would guess they are not the only site 'bending' the 
rules -- the others just haven't been caught yet.
