Yeah, that was interesting to see.

KDE's incarnation of Night Light lately added the ability to adjust 
brightness right there in the system tray.

And a few items the slim version lacks, like resource use. Tho there 
will be no convincing the Xfce aficionados that "lightweight" Xfce uses 
as much or more RAM than "bloated" KDE. (Xfce is also not optimized for 
performance.)

Was fine yesterday, but I've noticed a whole swath of internet is slow 
right now, even by my standards. Something busted somewhere among the 
backbones, likely reroutes different depending where you call what from 
where.
