I remember you writing about that some time back - great deal!
Monentarily, anyway.  I've not been bumped but have been present when
there is an announcement for volunteers.  I might consider if on the
way back home; on the way out too much inconvenience for my parents,
now my Mother.

Think we'll ever so that option come up for a vote?  If the government
employees can't get paid why should the people in government?  Illinois 
had several goverment shut-downs due to not passing a budget and several
legistlators refused to take their paychecks or did and donated to 
charities, etc., which were not receiving their state funds.
