Was wondering when they'd background-check ammo... the idea had been

Well, that would be about half of California's population. It's now 
minority-majority.

Admittedly, about half of that half shouldn't be allowed anywhere near 
America, let alone a gun. And being illegal, should be summarily ejected.

repugnant, insidious, and reprehensible, and is the poster child for 
Creeping Tyranny.
