Well that's odd! Know I did a reply.  Was something about in that case 
since the Power LED is a stand-alone doesn't seem to mean a problem 
elsewhere.  Did answer via the BBS, not Thunderbird.

What I'm going to do is create a back-up power light -- to me handy to
know a system is powered.  Have a USB cable from a dead mouse; dropping
resistor and LED.  Almost the most difficult part is to choose the
colour of the LED!
