Subj : New FCC License Fee Payment Process?

I got an email from a local Amateur Radio group  the other day stating
everyone had to establish a new FCC user account and associate it with their
Federal Registration Number (FRN) in order to renew their license. Not sure
what change, I already had an account that I had created several years ago.
Anyway, thought I'd pass it along and see if anyone had heard of any changes
to their site:
