Yes, that issue tends to put a damper on things.  I'm thinking the way 
to approach things is to ask the other examiners about switching to the 
quarterly examinations.  Also ask if they have any testing location 
considerations - heck, one might be a member of the Loyal Order of 
Rabbits and can use their lodge, err, hutch.  Otherwise meet with
scheduling at the library, coordinate with other groups (second Saturday
may be a tight turnaround from a previous group but no problems with 
third Saturday).
