I went to a MagiQuest a couple of years ago in Pigeon Forge TN and my kids loved it. Been thinking about those wands ever since and wondering if I could rig up some kind of IR sensor on the Pi and make my own little game at home. I saw some information about it and I looked at a few different IR sensors but put it on my list of things to do and never got back to it.
