Recycling dry cell batteries used to be easy at Radio Shack, now days no store wants them. If it isn't a Cellphone battery the bin doesn't want it. I wrap old hearing aid batteries with Scotch Tape and put them in a zip-lock bag to recycle them. Stores sell all kinds of batteries, but except for Batteries Plus none of them care to accept dead batteries for recycling. I save mine until I need to visit Batteries Plus and then dump my load on them. I got my hearing aids from the VA Hospital and have took used hearing aid cells to them. I had bad luck with Energizer brand dry cells and prefer Duracell and RayOvac brands. TKS fer ur comments. Ed --- SBBSecho 3.20-Linux * Origin: ILink: CCO - capitolcityonline.net (454:3/105) .
