I remember using SLMR decades past put I don't recall the tagline limit 
being that short.  Not saying you're wrong, just don't recall.  72 
characters comes to mind, but that might be the OLMR standard.

MM being MultiMail?  That one I'm pretty sure truncates with the 73rd
character.
