Hi Ky!

 > Ctrl_Z might be useful: in LibreOffice it will clear the last 'section'
 > entered, though sometmes I'm not sure what it considers a section so may

 KM> CTRL-Z is the standard for "UNDO".
 KM> SHIFT-CTRL-Z is "REDO"

I'm going to have to check that last one out: undoing a step too far 
would come in  handy occasionally!
