Never found that one. I listened to BBC, Radio Nederland, and Vladimir 
Pozner's "Daily Talk" on Radio Moscow (he's still around, has some 
interesting talks on Youtube), from whom I learned the phrase, "All 
things not compulsory are forbidden".

And whatever else was randomly received, with several bands available 
that was a lot, but shortwave being dependent on bouncing around the 
atmosphere vs whatever the sun does to it, also varied by time of day.
