You might want to check if going up one level of the cell phone plan 
would be cheaper than paying data overage fees all the time.  ...Sort of
'be sure' you're going to be using the cell phone data before chaging 
the plan as usually changing up is free/minimal cost but going down a 
level is nasty on the wallet.  (And I think some plans allow buying a 
block of additional data without changing the plan.)
