It's great for making poached eggs with no fuss, tho I'm not impressed 
with its versions of boiled eggs, hard or soft. It has an omelet tray 
too that I haven't tried.

Mine does not have auto-shutoff, that alone would be worth replacing it, 
cuz I use it all the time.
