It works about as well as regular Chrome on linux, tho doesn't use anywhere NEAR as much memory. It accepted UBlock and DarkReader extensions, so we get along well enough, when I have to use it. Also imported bookmarks without complaint. > A long time ago, I replaced Firefox with MyPal. That solved a > lot of javascript issues with some sites, initially. NewMoon is usually what I try when something doesn't like SeaMonkey. I hate Firefox's newfangled interface and hardly ever use it. > New Moon supports ad blocker plugins, whereas MyPal does not. I'd had no luck getting NewMoon to install ANY plugins via its own interface. I found this legacy UBlock https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock-for-firefox-legacy/releases/tag/firefox-legacy-1.16.4.30 and installed that via save locally then drag it into the browser. This guy maintains a bunch of XP-compatible browsers, including NewMoon: http://rtfreesoft.blogspot.com/ Today eBay was not speaking to ANY of these. I had to use a somewhat aged Chrome on an equally aged linux -- that worked. [That one fell out of updates while I wasn't looking, and can't be updated anymore, but sometimes it's useful just the way it is.] þ RNET 2.10U: ILink: Techware BBS þ Hollywood, Ca þ www.techware2k.com --- QScan/PCB v1.20a / 01-0462 * Origin: ILink: CFBBS | cfbbs.no-ip.com | 856-933-7096 (454:1/1) .
