Of course they increased it! :(   Just thought of something: does
Arkansas have a homestead (or similar) exemption?  Wouldn't do anything
for insurance cost but would decease your Property Tax.  Here have had
the Homestead Exeption for ages; Iowa just enacted another one for 
65-and-older.  (Property taxes lag a year, so not immediate help but at 
least future help.)
