The way we came across this is because the parent company of Spectrum (Charter) 
wanted the contract for our entire development of 5500 homes so they rewired the 
entire community to allow for this option.  They also lowered the monthly cost to entice 
us even more.

Since this is covered as part of our HOA fee, there is no out-of-pocket expense to the 
homeowners.  I was very pleased that this gives us the option to travel and take our 
DVR with us.
