I am actually streaming from my Spectrum app now via my Roku device.  It performs 
just like your home DVR because it allows you to buzz through the commercials.  It IS 
an actual recording because I started watching a program that was recording now.  So it 
is not like Hulu where you can watch something a day after it aired.  You can watch it as 
it is being recorded, and you can watch live TV as well.

The menu shows a list of your recordings and also shows the ones that are scheduled to 
record.
