  I saw a video on Facebook, where WGN-TV in Chicago, is celebrating 75
years on the air. There was a segment on long time meteorologist Tom
Skilling, who has been there for 45 years. He takes the complicated
weather terms, and brings them down to layman's terms, where folks can
get an understanding of what may occur.

  We may get more ice...hailstones, that is...instead of snow. But, snow
has fallen in Little Rock twice on April 19 (it didn't stick), and a few
years ago, on Mother's Day Weekend, northwest Arkansas got 7 inches of
heavy wet snow. The cold wiped out a lot of vegetation, crops, gardens,
etc.
