Subj : The storm that wasn't To : Mike Powell From : Barry Martin Date : Fri Mar 10 2023 06:55:00 Hi Mike! > MP> Several KY cities set all time low barometric pressure readings. > Bet that caused a few sinus headaches! MP> I did not have a headache but I did feel a little lightheaded. :) Dizzy with excitement?! We did end up with snow yesterday (Thursday March 9): was pulling into the parking lot of the grocery store and saw a few larger snowflakes, then more, and MORE! No accumulation by the time I was done shopping as the ground too warm but by noon the snow was winning. TV Weather this morning said 4.4" at the Devenport (IA) Municipal Airport (about 8 miles NNW of me) and 2.5" at the Quad Cities Internation Airport (MLI - Moline, IL), about 6 miles south. Will go out and scoop later this morning. Won't take too long as the lower part of the driveway looks clear -- warmer because is in the Sun (though yesterday was not at all sunny). Just in time for tomorrow's snow! ¯ BarryMartin3@ ® ¯ @MyMetronet.NET ® ....
