  I thought I'd have to pay state income tax on that annuity, but after
getting the info from the insurance company on how much was put into the
premiums (there were 2 of them), and how much was paid to the Arkansas
Department Of Human Services, I don't have to pay any income tax at all.

  Now, if I can get the plumbing insurance claim resolved, so the 
contractor can rebuild the bathrooms.
