  Years ago, the former attorney general of the state of Arkansas was using
his state credit card for personal use. Auditing caught him, and he was
arrested and sentenced. I told my Dad that "I'll bet when he's sentenced and
fined by the judge, he'll ask if he can pay with his credit card".

  Sure enough, the next month, was an exact editorial cartoon of such. The
judge tells him "I fine you $100,000", and the disgraced AG asks "Do you take
Visa??" <G>.
