  I asked them about it, and they said "it shouldn't"...especially since I
wasn't at fault. I sent the title off to this business via FedEx yesterday.
The business is in Conway, 30 miles to my northwest...but they noted that
"The Postal Service has been losing vehicle titles, etc. left and right
lately". That doesn't surprise me...I've experienced that for years.
